We are very excited to be growing our automation service offerings and as such are seeking to engage a competent Process Improvement Consultant. The role that we’re offering is flexible and would suit a return-to-work parent with consulting experience and a willingness to learn.

Experience
- Consulting background (+ 2 years of experience)
- Demonstrable experience in project, stakeholder and change management methodologies to successfully deliver sustainable improvement outcomes
- Significant experience in process improvement. Ideally but not required knowledge in Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies
- Experience in business development and sales will be advantageous
- Some knowledge on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be an advantage although not necessary
Role
- Deliver consulting projects including implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process optimisation
- Support business development activities
- Undertake analysis of data and processes and provide insights
- Support internal administrative tasks and initiatives
